Sub-processors and recipients.
Last updated: 29 July 2026. This page supplements our privacy policy. It names every recipient of personal data, their role and where data is processed.
We name rather than categorise, because a category does not tell you who holds your data. This page is dated and updated before any change of provider.
1. Commercial prospecting
Recipients of data described in Section 4 of the privacy policy.

Why Microsoft and Slack are listed. A prospect list exported to a storage space, or a name mentioned in a team chat, is personal data processing like any other.
On Google. Google Cloud EMEA appears above as Odoo's sub-processor — an infrastructure fact, not our choice, and the processing takes place within the EU. No other Google service receives prospecting data.
2. The awit.be website
These providers receive no prospecting data.

On Formspree. Their policy indicates a US-based infrastructure without an explicit transfer mechanism. We have asked for clarification. If you prefer to avoid this processing, write directly to contact@awit.be.
3. What we do not use for your data
We use other tools in our work — design, development, personal email. They receive no prospecting data and no data from the site, and are therefore not recipients within the meaning of GDPR for the processing described in our privacy policy.
